My Story

My mission is to help other women, especially those who feel silenced by life’s struggles, to find their voices again. I help women overcome the barriers life has thrown their way—whether it’s motherhood, broken relationships, or personal trauma—by empowering them to embrace their own stories and walk confidently in their God-given purpose.

Hard Truths
All that you see here is personal for me. It took time for me to be able to embrace myself and my healing journey. It took time to overcome barriers and obstacles that were presented before me.

As I began to identify myself with more of who God saw me as I knew that I wanted to create tools that would help other women regain their voice so they could do the same thing. Which is to explore the depths of who they are authentically. Without the guilt of not being there for everyone else when they really need to spend some time getting to know themselves again. ​​
Redefine HER Coaching
We offer one-on-one sessions that empower women to propel forward in their gifts while being able to acknowledge the barriers they face. Our strategic sessions bring forth action plans that create room for our clients to also leave feeling reignited.
